How It Works
Your group provides two expenses-paid trips to members of Accent Media Incorporated. In order to document every phase of the trip, we need to be integrated into the same bus trips, flights, hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. that the members of your group are going to experience. The more we can be with your group, the more documentation of your trip we can provide.
Before the trip, Accent Media Incorporated will create the site for a low
fee, usually under $200. This fee is to cover a domain name, server space,
and statistics.
Once the site is online and active, Accent Media Incorporated will post, free of charge, any announcements, word documents, Powerpoints, or any other communication, that you feel your group would benefit from having access to 24/7 about your trip. The page with these documents is free to all viewers of the website. Simply send us an e-mail with your communication you wish to post, and view it on your trip website a short time later. This free page is intended on keeping your group knowing of the latest changes and information about the trip (not documentation).

If you would like to, we would accept pre-trip pictures of your groups’ preparations for posting. Those would need to be provided via e-mail (for a few pictures) or by disc through the mail, for many pictures. We will post pictures provided by members of your group for up to 30 days after the trip as well at no additional cost.
Pages in which media (photos, audio, video) are viewable are Subscription Pages. To view these pages, each user needs to subscribe to the web site for a one-time low-cost online credit card payment of $20. Subscription pages are viewed by entering your username and password from the computer you purchased the subscription on. The subscriptions are not transferable from computer to computer.

After the trip, Accent Media Incorporated will provide for the purchase price of $15, a data DVD that will include all media from the trip including hundreds of full-size photos, all web-audio files, and all web-video files. By purchasing the disc, you will purchase the rights to go to your favorite digital photo lab and print out as many copies as you wish. Accent Media Incorporated will provide all data DVD copies that your group has ordered back to you for distribution, when the discs are ready.
